Since these photos were taken "There is new railing on the stairs and upper deck, the chimney pipe is in and off the wood you see under the legs, but these look like a good representation of what it is."
We have a kitchen table and chairs, bunk beds, rocking chairs etc there along with some tools. We would empty at least some of those.
There is a small honda EU generator up there now.
There is also a dock and a small Aluminum boat + motor that are to be sold.
